- Oversee day-to-day branch operations and ensure smooth functioning.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and operational procedures.
- Monitor branch productivity and service quality standards.
2. Business Development & Revenue Generation
- Achieve branch business targets for loans, insurance, and other financial products.
- Develop and implement local business growth strategies.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base.
- Drive portfolio growth while maintaining asset quality.
3. Team Leadership & Performance Management
- Lead, motivate, and manage branch staff to achieve business objectives.
- Set performance targets and conduct regular reviews.
- Provide coaching, training, and development opportunities for team members.
- Foster a high-performance and customer-centric culture.
4. Customer Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, referral partners, and key stakeholders.
- Ensure prompt resolution of customer queries and complaints.
- Enhance customer satisfaction and retention levels.
5. Credit & Risk Management
- Monitor loan sourcing, credit quality, and portfolio performance.
- Ensure adherence to underwriting guidelines and risk management practices.
- Track delinquency levels and implement collection strategies to maintain healthy portfolio quality.
6. Compliance & Audit
- Ensure branch compliance with RBI guidelines, company policies, and statutory requirements.
- Facilitate internal and external audits.
- Implement corrective actions for audit observations.
7. Financial & MIS Management
- Monitor branch profitability and cost control measures.
- Prepare and review MIS reports and business performance dashboards.
- Analyze business trends and implement improvement initiatives.
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
