Key Responsibilities
- Welcome customers visiting the service center.
- Receive bikes for service and record customer complaints/issues.
- Create job cards and update service details in the system.
- Schedule and confirm service appointments.
- Coordinate with service advisors and technicians regarding service status.
- Inform customers about service progress, estimated delivery time, and charges.
- Handle customer calls, inquiries, and follow-ups.
- Maintain service records and customer database.
- Support billing and payment coordination when required.
- Ensure the reception and waiting area are clean and customer-friendly.
- Address customer concerns professionally and escalate issues when necessary.
