Faculty – EEE/MEP-(Malayalam Speaking)
DES-TECH ACADEMY is looking for a qualified and experienced Faculty – EEE/MEP to join our academic team at our Ernakulam location.
The selected candidate will be responsible for delivering practical and industry-oriented training in Electrical Engineering and MEP-related software and applications.
Job Responsibilities
- Conduct classroom and practical training sessions for EEE/MEP students.
- Teach Electrical MEP concepts and industry-oriented design practices.
- Provide hands-on training in relevant electrical design and BIM software.
- Prepare and deliver training materials, assignments, practical exercises and assessments.
- Guide students in preparing electrical layouts, MEP models and project-based assignments.
- Support students in developing practical, job-oriented skills.
- Maintain a professional and positive learning environment.
- Keep training content aligned with current industry practices.
Required Qualifications
- B.Tech in Electrical & Electronics Engineering (EEE) is required.
- Minimum 1 year of teaching/training experience is required.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to explain technical concepts clearly and practically.
- Strong interest in technical training and student development.
Technical Skills
Experience or proficiency in the following software/tools is preferred:
- AutoCAD 2D & 3D – Electrical
- Revit MEP
- BIM Modelling
- ETAP
- Navisworks
- CG Lux
- Relux
- Anixter
- Tray CAD
- Master Converter
- CCTV Layout
- Other relevant Electrical MEP design and coordination tools
Candidates with strong practical knowledge of Electrical MEP design and multiple software tools will be preferred.
Salary
₹22,000 – ₹30,000 per month, depending on qualifications, experience and technical expertise.
