Job SummaryWe are looking for an experienced Revit Designer with 4–5 years of hands-on expertise in BIM modeling and project coordination. The candidate should be capable of independently handling modeling tasks, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and delivering high-quality construction documentation aligned with project standards.Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage detailed 3D BIM models using Autodesk Revit (Architecture/Structure/MEP as applicable)
- Produce high-quality construction drawings, shop drawings, and BOQs
- Coordinate with architects, structural engineers, and MEP teams to ensure clash-free models
- Perform clash detection using Navisworks and resolve design conflicts
- Interpret design drawings, specifications, and convert them into accurate BIM models
- Ensure adherence to BIM standards, LOD requirements, and company guidelines
- Handle model updates, revisions, and version control throughout project lifecycle
- Participate in client coordination meetings and internal design reviews
- Support project teams in quantity take-offs and documentation
- Mentor junior designers/drafters when required
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or relevant field
- 4–5 years of hands-on experience in Revit modeling and BIM workflows
- Strong expertise in Autodesk Revit (relevant discipline)
- Good working knowledge of Navisworks (clash detection)
- Proficiency in AutoCAD
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and technical documents
- Solid understanding of BIM Levels of Development (LOD 300/400)
- Experience in working on multi-disciplinary projects
Preferred Skills
- Experience with international projects or standards (US/UK/Middle East)
- Familiarity with tools like Dynamo, BIM 360, or ACC
- Exposure to rendering tools like Enscape, Lumion, or 3ds Max
- Knowledge of project documentation and QA/QC processes

Pay: Up to ₹1,000,000.00 per month
