Key Responsibilities
Work on routine commercial- customer facing and procurement facing contracts.
Drafting of special terms and conditions of customer order forms, purchase orders, etc., SOW, agreements and contracts.
Support business and user teams in reviewing, drafting and negotiating agreement both customer facing and vendor facing.
S upport the creation of legal documentation for various business verticals of Tata Communications; and perform related duties.
