Role Overview
The Sales Executive will be responsible for driving new client acquisition, managing existing client relationships, and achieving revenue growth targets. The role requires a dynamic individual with strong communication skills, a passion for finance, and the ability to convert leads into long-term relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales of wealth management products (Mutual Funds, PMS, Retirement Planning, Insurance, etc.)
- Identify, approach, and acquire HNI clients through referrals, networking, and cold outreach.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure retention and growth.
- Meet and exceed monthly and annual sales targets with performance-based incentives.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and financial consultations (requires travel).
- Collaborate with the advisory team to deliver customized financial solutions.
- Track sales performance, report progress, and suggest strategies for growth.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Graduate/Postgraduate in Finance, Business, or related field (MBA preferred).
- 2–3 years of proven sales experience in financial services, wealth management, banking, or insurance.
- Strong knowledge of investment products (MF, PMS, Insurance, Retirement Solutions).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Willingness to travel frequently for client acquisition and servicing.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and team-oriented.

Pay: ₹9,794.80 - ₹55,000.00 per month
