About the Role:
Watch Your Health (WYH) is hiring Insurance Operations Executives to support health and travel insurance servicing for leading insurance partners. The role focuses on policy endorsements, refunds, and operational coordination, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process policy endorsements (additions/deletions, corrections, SI changes, travel updates)
- Handle refunds related to cancellations, excess premium, and endorsements
- Validate documents and ensure accurate calculations
- Coordinate with underwriting, finance, and customer service teams
- Update CRM/systems and maintain records
- Prepare basic MIS and ensure IRDAI compliance
Eligibility:
- Graduate (MBA preferred)
- 1–3 years experience in insurance operations (endorsements/refunds preferred)
- Good knowledge of health/travel insurance processes
- Strong Excel, accuracy, and coordination skills
Compensation:
₹22,000 – ₹25,000 CTC (based on experience)
