Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day administrative tasks including filing, documentation, and report preparation.
- Support preparation of presentations, reports, and business documents.
- Schedule meetings, circulate invites, and prepare required materials.
- Coordinate travel arrangements (flights, local transport, hotel bookings).
- Maintain office supplies inventory and ensure timely procurement.
- Handle incoming/outgoing correspondence (emails, courier, letters).
- Attend calls, respond to inquiries, and direct communication appropriately.
- Provide administrative support to internal teams and management.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional office environment, ensuring the workplace remains tidy, efficient, and welcoming at all times.
- Assist in organizing meetings, events and special assignments.
- Coordinate with external vendors and service providers.
- Support basic HR activities such as maintaining records and scheduling interviews.
BD / Tendering Support:
- Assist in identifying and tracking tender opportunities from portals and clients.
- Support preparation and compilation of tender documents (technical & commercial).
- Coordinate with internal teams for data, documents and inputs required for bids.
- Ensure timely submission of tenders and maintain submission records.
- Maintain database of ongoing and submitted tenders.
- Assist in preparing pre-qualification documents, proposals and EOI submissions.
- Track tender status, follow-ups, and maintain correspondence with clients.
Qualifications:
- Graduate in any discipline (B.Com / BBA / BA preferred).
Experience:
- 0–3 years of experience in administration and/or tendering support.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
