About the Role:
We are seeking a proactive and skilled IT Technician to join our IT team. The ideal candidate will provide technical support to end-users, troubleshoot hardware and software issues, and ensure the smooth functioning of desktop systems across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist users with hardware, software, and network issues
Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, and peripherals
Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems efficiently
Perform routine maintenance, updates, and repairs
Manage IT assets and inventory
Ensure security protocols are followed
Document support activities and solutions
Collaborate with the IT team on projects and upgrades
Educate users on IT best practices
Qualifications:
2-4 years of proven experience in desktop support or related IT roles
Knowledge of Windows and macOS systems
Familiarity with networking and security basics
Strong problem-solving skills
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
