Roles and Responsibilities:
- Reach out to Client leads through calling/LinkedIn/E-mail
- Should have good knowledge of SEO & SMO.
- Create and maintain a database of target organizations in the assigned market
- Maintain fruitful relationships with clients and address their needs effectively
- To be able to work with a team and achieve the desired results
- Communicating with customers, making outbound calls to potential customers, and following up on leads.
- Keeping up with product and service information and updates.
- Creating and maintaining a database of current and potential customers.
- Explaining and demonstrating features of products and services.
- Staying informed about competing products and services.
- Upselling products and services.
- Able to take demo meetings with clients
Prerequisites of the job profile:
-Good listening, speaking, objection-solving, and negotiation skills
-Excellent writing and communication skills
-Selling skills
-Candidates with a good command of English language communication skills may apply.
-Good organisational skills and the ability to multitask.
-Excellent phone communication and cold/warm calling skills.
-Exceptional customer service skills.
-Ability to achieve sales targets.
