Job Overview
We are looking for a professional and enthusiastic Telecaller with prior sales experience to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for handling customer interactions, generating leads, following up with clients, and supporting the sales process through effective communication and coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential customers and attend inbound inquiries
- Explain company products and services clearly to clients
- Generate and follow up on sales leads regularly
- Maintain strong customer relationships through professional communication
- Coordinate with the sales team for lead conversion and customer support
- Update customer information and call records accurately
Qualification
- Any Degree
- Fresher to 1 Year of Experience in Telecalling / Sales / Customer Support
- Excellent communication and convincing skills
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and email handling
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
