About the Role
Saraswati Group of Colleges, Punjab is inviting applications for the position of Hostel Warden.
The role requires a responsible and disciplined individual who can oversee hostel operations, ensure the safety and well-being of students, and maintain discipline and smooth day-to-day functioning of the hostel.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily hostel operations and student accommodation
- Ensure discipline, safety, and security within the hostel premises
- Address student concerns and resolve hostel-related issues
- Maintain hostel records, occupancy details, and visitor registers
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and security staff
- Conduct regular inspections of hostel facilities
- Ensure compliance with hostel rules and institutional policies
- Report operational issues to the administration

Eligibility Criteria
- Graduate in any discipline
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience as a Hostel Warden or in hostel/residential administration
- Experience in an educational institution will be preferred
- Male/Female candidates may apply based on hostel requirements
