Sales Executive – FMCG (Snacks & Namkeen)
We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented Sales Executive to join our FMCG team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling our range of Snacks & Namkeen Products, expanding the retailer, wholesaler, and distributor network, and driving sales growth within the assigned territory. Key Responsibilities
- Visit retailers, wholesalers, supermarkets, general stores, and distributors to promote and sell the company's Snacks & Namkeen products.
- Generate new business opportunities and onboard new retailers, wholesalers, and distributors.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat business.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth.
- Ensure product availability, visibility, and proper placement at retail outlets.
- Introduce new products, schemes, and promotional offers to customers.
- Collect market feedback, monitor competitor activities, and identify new sales opportunities.
- Follow up on orders, deliveries, and payments to ensure smooth business operations.
- Prepare daily sales reports and share market updates with the management.
Job Requirements
- Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass (Graduate preferred).
- 1–5 years of experience in FMCG Field Sales, preferably in Snacks, Namkeen, Biscuits, Beverages, Packaged Foods, or Food Products.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills.
- Ability to achieve sales targets and work independently in the field.
- Basic knowledge of smartphones and computer applications for reporting.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned sales territory.
- Own two-wheeler and a valid driving license will be preferred.
Salary & Benefits
- In-hand Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 (Based on experience and performance)
