The candidate must have:
1. Graduation Degree
2. Appeared for UPSC or CGPSC CSE
3. Atleast 2 years of Experience
4. A good Knowledge of Hindi & English
5. Working knowledge of Computers
6. Research-oriented mindset with a keen eye for detail.
7. Analytical skills to interpret PYQs and syllabus evolution.
8. Experience with content editing tools and Microsoft Office 365.
9.Prior teaching or content development experience for CGPSC is preferred.
