We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Executive to manage day-to-day operational activities and ensure smooth workflow across teams. The ideal candidate will support coordination, process execution, and internal communication to improve overall efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate daily operational activities
- Support end-to-end process execution and tracking
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth workflow
- Maintain reports, records, and documentation
- Follow up on tasks, deadlines, and pending actions
- Assist in recruitment/HR/administrative coordination (if required)
- Ensure timely updates and closure of assigned tasks
- Support in improving operational processes and efficiency
Required Skills
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Strong follow-up and task management ability
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets
- Problem-solving and time management
- Ability to multitask and handle pressure
Preferred Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline / MBA
- 0–3 years of experience in operations / coordination / admin roles
- Freshers with strong communication skills can also apply
Pay: ₹240,000.00 - ₹550,000.00 per year
