What is your role
We are looking for dynamic and result-oriented Sales professionals who will be responsible for generating business opportunities and managing customer relationships within the Freight Forwarding and Logistics industry.
The ideal candidate should have strong sales exposure in Air Freight / Sea Freight services along with the ability to develop new business and maintain long-term customer relationships.
Job Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the Freight Forwarding and Logistics sector.
- Generate sales leads through market visits, references, networking, and existing customer relationships.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Understand customer requirements and provide suitable logistics and freight solutions.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and presentations for customers.
- Negotiate commercial terms, pricing, and service agreements with customers.
- Coordinate closely with operations and customer service teams for smooth shipment execution.
- Maintain regular follow-up with customers to ensure business continuity and customer satisfaction.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute towards branch and regional business growth.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer movement within the region.
- Maintain sales reports, visit reports, and pipeline tracking on a regular basis.
- Ensure timely collection follow-up and healthy business relationships with clients.

- A smiling face, a healthy mind and body, and a positive attitude are a must. Good communication, interpersonal, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple customer accounts and business opportunities effectively. Strong understanding of Freight Forwarding and Logistics business processes preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Ability to work independently, under pressure, and with minimal supervision.
Experience – 3-4 years
Salary – As per industry standards and candidate experience
Education Qualification: Graduate / MBA
