Experience: 8-12 Years
- Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform.
- Expertise in Power Apps (Canvas & Model-Driven Apps).
- Experience in Power Automate workflow and process automation development.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Dataverse.
- Hands-on experience in Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) customization and configuration.
- Experience with Azure integrations and connecting external systems.
- Expertise in developing and implementing PCF (PowerApps Component Framework) Controls.
- Strong understanding of Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) practices within Power Platform.
- Experience in solution architecture, design, and end-to-end project delivery.
- Proven experience leading enterprise-scale Power Platform/Dynamics 365 implementations.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with Dynamics 365 CE plugins, custom workflows, and JavaScript customizations.
- Knowledge of Azure Functions, Logic Apps, API Management, and Service Bus.
- Experience with DevOps pipelines and automated deployments.
- Familiarity with Power BI integration and reporting solutions.
- Knowledge of Copilot Studio, AI Builder, or Generative AI capabilities within Power Platform.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
