Job Title: Front Office Executive
Job Summary:
Welcome and assist visitors, clients, and guests professionally and courteously.
Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls and emails to the appropriate departments.
Manage visitor registrations, maintain reception logs, and issue visitor passes.
Coordinate meeting room bookings and ensure meeting areas are well-prepared.
Handle incoming and outgoing courier services, mail, and office correspondence.
Maintain front desk records, office supplies, and ensure the reception area is clean and organized.
Provide administrative support, including data entry, document filing, and report preparation.
Coordinate with HR, Admin, and other departments for employee and visitor-related requirements.
Assist in travel arrangements, scheduling appointments, and calendar management when required.
Ensure adherence to office policies, security procedures, and maintain confidentiality of company information.
Pay: Up to ₹35,000.00 per month
