Job Title : HR Recruiter
We are looking for an HR Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment for clinical, nursing, paramedical, academic and non-clinical positions in a medical college hospital.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end recruitment, from sourcing to onboarding.
- Source candidates through Indeed, job portals, referrals and campus recruitment.
- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates as per approved qualifications and job descriptions.
- Coordinate interviews with HODs, management and departmental heads.
- Recruit nurses, AHS/paramedical staff, tutors, technicians and support staff.
- Verify educational, experience, registration and other required documents.
- Coordinate background verification and pre-employment formalities.
- Maintain recruitment trackers, employee files and HR documentation.
- Coordinate joining, induction and onboarding of selected candidates.
- Ensure recruitment documentation is maintained as per hospital/NABH requirements.
- Coordinate with departments for manpower requirements and replacement hiring.
Qualification : MBA/PGDM HR, MSW-HR or equivalent.
Experience :1–3 years in hospital/healthcare recruitment preferred.
