- Guarantees optimal use of workforce and resources suitable for the sustenance of the project work.
- Oversee and manage the Regular actions of the specialized technological crew.
- Supervises and maintains the supervision and restoration of supplies and tools used in the construction site.
- Responds positively to all reactive upkeep within the restricted assistance grade contracts and functioning procedures.
- Assures that Planned Preventative Maintenance tasks are maintained in conformity with the already drafted plan.
- Keep track of the frequency and labor indexes and furnish statements on any positions instructed.
- Keep records of the resources utilized for the construction

- Must have diploma or ITI in MEP
