Timings: 10 AM - 7 PM (Monday to Saturday)

CTC: ₹6L – ₹8L + Performance Bonus

We are looking for a high-energy, execution-focused City Marketing & Growth Lead to drive hyperlocal growth, offline activations, and demand generation.
This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and can translate strategy into real-world execution that drives installs, orders, and engagement.

Key Responsibilities
City-Level Growth Ownership
- Own end-to-end growth metrics for the city:
- App downloads
- First-time orders
- Repeat usage
- Identify high-potential micro-markets and drive targeted campaigns
On-Ground Marketing & Activations
- Plan and execute:
- Mall activations, pop-ups, college campaigns, society events
- Build high-visibility brand presence across the city
- Drive offline-to-online user acquisition
Partnerships & Alliances
- Build partnerships with:
- Cafes, salons, gyms, boutiques, and local businesses
- Execute co-branded campaigns and cross-promotions
Influencer & Community Marketing
- Identify and manage local influencers & micro-creators
- Execute city-specific influencer campaigns
- Build strong community engagement loops
Campaign Strategy & Innovation
- Conceptualize and execute:
- Viral marketing ideas
- Experiential campaigns
- City-specific brand initiatives
Performance Tracking & Optimization
- Track campaign performance and optimize for:
- CAC (Customer Acquisition Cost)
- ROI on activations
- Area-wise performance insights
Requirements
- 3–6 years of experience in growth, marketing, or city operations
- Prior experience in quick commerce, food delivery, or consumer startups preferred
- Strong execution and problem-solving mindset
- Deep understanding of local market dynamics
- Comfortable with fieldwork and high ownership roles
