As we continue to scale globally, we are looking for an HR Business Partner who can work closely with business teams and drive people initiatives across the organization.
Role Overview:
We are looking for an HRBP to partner with cross-functional teams including Product, Engineering, Curriculum, Sales, Operations, and Marketing. The ideal candidate will act as a strategic HR partner, driving employee engagement, performance management, talent initiatives, and building a strong people-first culture.
Key Responsibilities:
Partner with business leaders to understand workforce needs and implement effective HR strategies.
Drive employee engagement initiatives, culture-building activities, and retention programs.
Manage performance management processes including goal setting, reviews, and improvement plans.
Provide coaching and support to managers on employee relations and people practices.
Handle employee lifecycle processes including onboarding, transitions, and exits.
Support compensation benchmarking, rewards programs, and HR operations.
Track HR metrics and provide insights to improve employee experience.
Ensure HR policies, compliance, and processes are effectively implemented.
What We’re Looking For:
- 1–4 years of experience in HRBP / People Operations / Generalist roles.
- Experience in high-growth technology or EdTech environments is preferred.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Strong understanding of HR practices, employee engagement, and performance management.
Pay: ₹395,657.16 - ₹1,609,161.71 per year
