Key Responsibilities:
- Sales & Lead Generation: Develop new business through field activities, networking, referrals, builders, DSAs, and market research; achieve monthly/quarterly targets.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build strong client relationships, act as a single point of contact, and provide tailored financial solutions for home loans.
- Product Expertise: Explain loan products, eligibility, interest rates, and documentation requirements clearly.
- Loan Processing: Collect/verify documents, coordinate with credit, operations, and disbursement teams for smooth loan disbursal.
- Portfolio Management: Ensure high-quality sourcing, maintain data integrity in CRM, and manage existing relationships for cross-selling.
- Market Awareness: Stay informed on industry trends, competitor products, and regulatory changes.

Key Skills & Profile:
- Experience: 6 MONTHS years in Home Loans, field sales, or banking/NBFCs.
- Education: Any graduate degree.
