JOB TITLE: Insurance Support Associate – International Voice Process
LOCATION: Raidurg, Hyderabad
SHIFT TIMING : 2:00 PM – 11:00 PM
EXPERIENCE : 1–3Years
EDUCATION: Any Graduate
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Handle inbound calls from US customers.
- Assist customers with insurance-related inquiries.
- Resolve concerns and provide timely solutions.
- Maintain accurate call and customer records.
- Follow company processes and quality standards.
REQUIRED SKILLS:
- Excellent spoken English.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Good problem-solving abilities.
- Basic computer and typing skills.
PREFERRED:
- Experience in International Voice Process.
- Insurance process exposure preferred.
