The responsibilities include designing and implementing tests, debugging and defining corrective actions, writing reusable automated tests to quickly and efficiently expand test coverage. You will also review system requirements and track quality assurance metrics (e.g. defect densities and open defect counts).

Key Responsibilities:
Experience in testing Rest API, web and mobile-based applications that reference database back-end systems.
Hands-on experience in manual and automation testing with an excellent understanding of STLC and testing process.
Very good experience with Test Management and Defect management tools (Knowledge of JIRA, QAC is a plus)
Reproduces, debugs, and isolates problems and verify fixes.
Strong SQL knowledge for testing back-end data.
Good Linux knowledge.
Estimates own testing tasks and work productively with minimum supervision while showing an excellent team attitude.
Load testing experience with any of the load test tools would be an advantage.
Working experience on any cloud production environment (AWS/Azure/Google cloud).
Required Skills & Experience:
2+ years of experience in software testing
Experience in testing Rest API, web and mobile-based applications that reference database back-end systems.
