- Should have good knowledge of ESIC and PF processes, including preparation and submission of challans, returns, and related documentation.
- Must be able to handle employee grievances in a professional and timely manner.
- Ensuring proper resolution Should be aware of minimum wages in Telangana and ensure salary compliance as per government norms.
- Responsible for supporting and participating in HR audits, including maintaining proper records and documentation.
- Ensure all HR compliances are followed as per labour laws and company policies.
- Manage attendance, payroll coordination, and employee records accurately.
- Handle employee onboarding and exit formalities, including documentation and compliance.
- Support in recruitment activities such as screening, scheduling interviews, and coordination.
- Maintain proper employee data, files, and reports for internal and external requirements.
- Coordinate with management and site teams for smooth HR operations.
