We are looking for a dynamic, customer-focused, and organised Store Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our premium Multi-Designer Women's Ethnic Wear Store. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering an exceptional shopping experience, managing client relationships, coordinating with our designer partners, and ensuring smooth store operations while driving sales and maintaining high service standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome and assist walk-in clients, providing personalised styling and product recommendations.
- Drive sales while ensuring an exceptional customer experience.
- Coordinate with onboarded designers regarding inventory, custom orders, and customer requirements.
- Manage billing, order processing, alterations, deliveries, and customer follow-ups.
- Prepare and share monthly sales reports with designers.
- Maintain store presentation, inventory records, and stock accuracy.
- Handle customer queries professionally and build long-term client relationships.
Requirements:
- 2–5 years of experience in retail, fashion, or boutique management.
- Excellent communication, sales, and customer service skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office/Excel and basic retail reporting.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
