Position: Patient Coordinator
Location: Xpressdent Private Limited
Tambaram, Guduvanchery, Perungalathur, Urapakkam, Sp koil, MM nagar,Avadi, Tiruvallur
Job Type: Full-time
Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 8:00 PM
Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹25,000 per month
Job Responsibilities:
Welcome and assist patients in a professional and friendly manner.
Schedule, confirm, and manage patient appointments.
Coordinate with doctors and clinic staff to ensure smooth patient flow.
Follow up with patients regarding appointments and treatment plans.
Maintain patient records and update clinic software accurately.
Handle incoming calls, inquiries, and appointment bookings.
Explain treatment plans, payment options, and clinic policies to patients.
Ensure a positive patient experience from registration to discharge.
Coordinate with the billing team for payments and receipts.
Perform other administrative and front desk duties as assigned.
Requirements:
Any Graduate or Diploma holder.
Good communication skills in Tamil and English.
Basic computer knowledge.
Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
Prior experience in a dental clinic or healthcare industry is preferred, but freshers with good communication skills are welcome.
