What You’ll Do
- Build trusted relationships with clients and their families.
- Understand their expectations, preferences, personality, lifestyle, values, and family dynamics in depth.
- Curate meaningful matches based on compatibility rather than simply matching profiles on basic preferences.
- Present and explain potential matches with strong reasoning and attention to detail.
- Facilitate conversations and introductions between families and prospective partners.
- Understand client feedback and continuously refine the matchmaking strategy.
- Guide clients through uncertainty, expectations, conversations, and decision-making.
- Handle sensitive conversations with maturity, empathy, and discretion.
- Maintain detailed client records and interactions through CRM.
- Work closely with the matchmaking team to deliver a highly personalized experience.
- Think like a relationship advisor, not merely a coordinator
