Role Overview
We are looking for a passionate and experienced Game Developer (1–3 years) to join our team and build high-quality gameplay experiences for millions of players. You will work closely with designers, artists, and product teams to develop scalable game features and contribute to live game operations.
What You’ll Do
- Develop and ship gameplay features, systems, and UI using Unity3D and C#
- Build scalable, maintainable, and high-performance game architecture
- Collaborate with designers and product teams to prototype and iterate features
- Optimize performance, memory usage, and game stability
- Analyze player behavior and improve retention and engagement
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to engineering best practices
- Work on live products and deliver features used by real players globally
What We’re Looking For
- 1–3 years of experience in Game Development
- Strong proficiency in C# and Unity3D
- Experience shipping mobile games or interactive applications
- Solid understanding of game architecture, data structures, OOPS, and performance optimization
- Familiarity with memory management, debugging, Git, and version control
- Knowledge of Shader Graph is preferred
- Exposure to analytics, live operations, monetization, or game economy is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving mindset with ownership and execution focus
