Responsibilities
- Promote and market Open Plot Projects in Maheshwaram, Chevella, Vikarabad, and Ananthagiri Hills.
- Generate leads through personal networks, referrals, and field activities.
- Coordinate client meetings, site visits, and follow-ups.
- Assist clients throughout the sales process and support successful closures.
- Attend weekly site visits and maintain regular coordination with the sales team.
Role & Requirements
- Role: Real Estate Agent (100% Commission-Based)
- Freshers Welcome – 15 Days of Free Training provided from the office.
- No prior real estate experience required.
- Must own a Laptop and Bike/Car for client meetings and site visits.
- Telugu is mandatory; English and Hindi are preferred.
- Commission per successful sale: ₹2,00,000 – ₹4,00,000, depending on the plot value and payment mode.
- Flexible working hours with unlimited earning potential.
