Job Title: Technical Customer Support Executive
- Monitor and respond to tickets across multiple channels.
- Diagnose technical issues (hardware, Embedded Systems, IoT devices, connectivity, setup errors).
- Provide accurate, step-by-step solutions in simple language.
- Track, update, and close tickets with complete documentation.
- Create responses, FAQs, and troubleshooting guides.
- Coordinate with engineering, product, and QA teams for escalations.
- Follow SLAs and maintain high customer satisfaction.
- Test user-reported issues on internal hardware/software setups.
Languages Required
- Proficiency in English and Hindi is mandatory.
- Knowledge of any regional language such as Kannada, Telugu, Tamil, or Malayalam is preferred.
