Job Description – Data Entry Operator ( Experience / Freshers)
We are looking for a detail-oriented and hardworking Data Entry Operator to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for entering, updating, and maintaining accurate data in company systems and spreadsheets.
Responsibilities:
- Enter and update data accurately in Excel, Google Sheets, or company software
- Maintain records and documents properly
- Verify data and correct errors when required
- Prepare reports and maintain files
- Coordinate with team members for data collection and updates
- Ensure confidentiality and accuracy of information
Requirements:
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office
- Good typing speed and accuracy
- Attention to detail
- Basic computer knowledge
- Good communication skills
- Freshers and interns can apply
Preferred Skills:
- Knowledge of Google Sheets
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
