Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Accounts Manager to handle all accounting and bookkeeping tasks at our shop. This position is open to candidates only who have strong expertise in Tally and Excel. The role involves managing daily accounts, preparing financial reports, and ensuring all financial records are accurate and up-to-date.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain daily accounts and financial transactions using Tally software.
- Prepare and update financial reports, ledgers, and balance sheets.
- Reconcile accounts and manage cash flow.
- Handle GST filings, invoices, and taxation-related tasks.
- Manage stock accounting and inventory records.
- Work closely with the sales team to ensure smooth financial operations.
- Address accounting discrepancies and resolve financial issues.
Requirements:
- Master's Degree in Commerce (M.Com), Finance, Accounting, MBA (Finance), or related field is mandatory.
- Minimum 5+ years of accounting experience in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of Tally Prime, Advanced Excel, GST, TDS, and financial reporting.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities.
- Experience in inventory accounting and wholesale/FMCG business accounting will be an added advantage.
