Designation: Product Development Executive
Industry: Baby Carrier Manufacturing & Export
We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented professional to join our team. The ideal candidate should have experience in export garment companies or buying houses and strong knowledge in product development, construction, and sampling coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Find and develop new vendors for fabrics, trims, accessories, and related materials
- Prepare product technical specifications and development sheets
- Coordinate with sample masters and internal teams for sample development
- Suggest product construction improvements and technical solutions
- Follow up on sample development timelines and approvals
- Work closely with sourcing, merchandising, and production teams
- Support new product and innovation development activities
Required Skills
✔ Knowledge in garment construction and product development
✔ Understanding of fabrics, trims, and accessories
✔ Ability to prepare technical sheets/specifications
✔ Good coordination and communication skills
✔ Problem-solving and analytical thinking
✔ Attention to detail and quality-focused approach
Experience
- Minimum 2–3 years experience in:
- Export garment company, OR
- Buying house / sourcing office
Qualification
- Preferably UG / PG in:
- Apparel / Fashion /Textile related courses
- Candidates with any other UG / PG qualification can also apply.
