Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Assistant Manager Human Resources role based in Bengaluru. The Assistant Manager Human Resources will support end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, and documentation for employees across various service lines. The role involves managing HR policies and procedures, maintaining employee records, and ensuring statutory and regulatory compliance related to labor laws and company standards. The individual will handle payroll coordination inputs, attendance and leave management, and support performance management cycles in collaboration with line managers. The Assistant Manager will also address employee queries, assist in grievance resolution, drive engagement initiatives, and contribute to HR reports, audits, and continuous process improvement.
Qualifications
- Strong HR operations skills, including recruitment, onboarding, employee lifecycle management, and HR documentation.
- Knowledge of labor laws, statutory compliance, and HR policies relevant to facilities management and services industries.
- Experience with payroll coordination, attendance tracking, and leave management systems.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and familiarity with HRIS or HRMS tools.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work across levels and functions.
- Proven ability to handle employee relations, engagement activities, and grievance support in a fair and objective manner.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills with attention to detail and adherence to timelines.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; prior experience in facilities management or services sector is an advantage.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
