We’re launching a new Moustache Hostel in the serene hills of Nainital and are looking for an experienced Property Manager to lead day-to-day operations and build a high-performing team from the ground up.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end hostel operations
- Manage and lead a team of 10+ staff members
- Ensure excellent guest experience and service standards
- Handle inventory, vendors, and basic financial controls
Who We’re Looking For
- Prior experience in hostel property management
- Proven ability to manage teams and operations independently
- Strong hospitality mindset with problem-solving skills
