Anuj IMF Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a dynamic Team Leader/Trainer (Sales/Client Onboarding) who can recruit, train, manage, and drive a high-performing customer service team. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring excellent customer support, team productivity, and achievement of business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Recruit and onboard Customer Service Executives.
- Meet Self targets and Drive team to Achieve targets.
- Lead, motivate, and drive the team to achieve performance targets.
- Monitor daily team productivity and service quality.
- Handle customer escalations and ensure timely resolution.
- Conduct regular training, coaching, and team development sessions.
- Track KPIs, prepare performance reports, and implement improvement plans.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction and retention levels.
- Coordinate with internal departments for seamless customer support.
- Maintain discipline, engagement, and a positive team environment.
Eligibility Criteria
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Customer Service, Team Handling in Leadership roles.
- Proven ability to recruit, train, and manage teams.
- Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Result-oriented with excellent problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹42,599.24 per month
