We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to manage end-to-end HR operations in our manufacturing company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle recruitment, interviewing, and onboarding of employees
- Plan and implement employee training and development programs
- Manage performance evaluation and employee appraisal systems
- Ensure compliance with labour laws and HR policies
- Maintain employee records, attendance, and HR documentation
- Handle employee relations, grievance management, and workplace discipline
Requirements:
- Graduate / MBA in Human Resources or related field
- 5+ years of HR experience, preferably in manufacturing industry
- Good communication and people management skills
Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
