Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented Electrical Technician to oversee the wiring, assembly, and testing of electrical control panels and integrated systems. You will bridge the gap between technical drawings and physical execution, ensuring all electrical components meet industrial standards and safety codes.
Key Responsibilities * Panel Wiring & Assembly: Read and interpret electrical schematics and BOMS (Bill of Materials) to wire control panels and switchgears.
Component Integration: Install electrical components such as PLCs, MCBs, contactors, transformers, and relays into precision enclosures.
Testing & Troubleshooting: Conduct continuity tests, insulation resistance tests, and power-on trials using Multimeters and Meggers to ensure zero-defect delivery.
Crimping & Ferrule Application: Ensure high-quality wire dressing, proper labeling (ferruling), and secure lugging/crimping of cables.
Quality Assurance: Ensure all electrical work complies with Indian Standards (IS) and S-Tech's internal quality benchmarks.
Site Support: Occasionally assist in the installation or commissioning of equipment at client sites if required.
Technical Skills Required * Schematic Literacy: Proficiency in reading complex electrical circuit diagrams.
Tool Proficiency: Expertise in using wire strippers, crimping tools, soldering irons, and electrical testing meters.
Safety First: Strong understanding of electrical safety protocols (Earthing, LOTO - Lockout/Tagout).
Basic PC Skills: Ability to update production status in basic Excel or ERP software.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
