We’re looking for a Luxury Sales Consultant who understands not just how to sell, but how to connect-someone who can turn a client interaction into an unforgettable experience.
Role Overview:
As a Luxury Sales Consultant, you will be the face of Avit Lifestyle for our high-net-worth clients. Your role is to inspire, advise, and guide them through our premium product offerings, creating tailored solutions that reflect their lifestyle and taste. You’ll combine your deep understanding of luxury with a consultative sales approach to build trust and drive results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome and engage clients with a warm, professional presence, embodying the ethos of Avit Lifestyle
- Understand client preferences, lifestyles, and needs to recommend curated luxury solutions
- Maintain a strong understanding of all luxury brands under Avit Lifestyle and their unique value propositions
- Cultivate and maintain long-term client relationships through impeccable service and follow-ups
- Collaborate with the interior design and store teams to ensure seamless product placement and client satisfaction
- Meet sales goals through client-focused consultations, product presentations, and upselling strategies
- Maintain accurate sales records and client databases (CRM usage)
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Experience in luxury retail, interior design, premium furniture, or high-end consumer electronics
- A background in interior design or home decor is a strong advantage
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a natural ability to connect with affluent clientele
- Poised, confident, and discreet with an appreciation for aesthetics, craftsmanship, and detail
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and passionate about creating elevated customer experiences
- Fluent in English; knowledge of Hindi or other regional languages is a plus
