Job Summary
We are seeking a qualified and compassionate Physiotherapist to join our wellness team. The candidate will assess, plan, and implement personalized therapy programs focused on prevention, rehabilitation, and overall physical well-being. The role involves working with clients to improve mobility, reduce pain, and enhance quality of life through evidence-based practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct detailed patient assessments including physical examination and medical history review
- Develop individualized treatment plans for pain management, injury recovery, and wellness goals
- Administer physiotherapy techniques such as:
- Manual therapy
- Exercise therapy
- Electrotherapy
- Postural correction
- Educate clients on lifestyle modifications, ergonomics, and injury prevention
- Monitor and document patient progress and treatment outcomes
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams (doctors, nutritionists, fitness trainers)
- Promote preventive healthcare and wellness programs
- Maintain accurate clinical records and reports
- Ensure compliance with clinical protocols and safety standards
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s (BPT) / Master’s (MPT) / PhD in Physiotherapy from a recognized institution
- Valid license/registration with relevant physiotherapy council (if applicable)
- Specialization (optional but preferred):
- Orthopedics
- Neurology
- Sports Physiotherapy
- Rehabilitation

- Strong clinical reasoning and assessment skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Knowledge of modern physiotherapy techniques and equipment
- Ability to design customized exercise and rehab programs
- Empathy, patience, and client-centered approach
- Basic computer skills for documentation
Experience
- Fresher or experienced candidates can apply
- 1–3 years experience in wellness centers, clinics, hospitals, or fitness setups preferred

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
