Hari Om Udyog is expanding, and we are looking for a driven, on-site, Tender Executive to join our team.
What you will do:
→ Quote tenders on various portals such as IREPS, GEM, CPPP
→ Track and manage multiple projects across stages, ensuring nothing slips through
→ Own end-to-end project execution with full accountability
→ Coordinate seamlessly with diverse stakeholders across teams
→ Stay on top of emails, tasks, and follow-ups with zero misses

→ Proven ability to juggle priorities without losing detail
→ Strong sense of ownership and proactive problem-solving
→ Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
→ Obsessively organized — tasks and inboxes don't intimidate you
