A Sales Closing Manager is a high-level closer responsible for converting qualified leads into confirmed buyers. They manage client negotiations, overcome objections, finalize booking agreements, and coordinate with internal departments (like finance and legal) to ensure a seamless end-to-end sales transaction and achieve revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Deal Conversion: Take over qualified leads from sourcing or presales teams and guide prospects through the final stages of the buying journey.
- Negotiation & Objection Handling: Conduct product presentations, manage on-site visits, expertly address client hesitations, and negotiate pricing and payment terms.
- Documentation & Compliance: Coordinate with legal, CRM, and finance teams to ensure all paperwork, agreement executions, and payment collections comply with statutory requirements.
- Client Relationship Management: Build rapport with clients to drive referrals, manage post-sales queries, and ensure a smooth customer handover.
- Team Leadership: Train, mentor, and lead a team of sales executives, setting targets and evaluating performance metrics.
Essential Qualifications
- Experience: 3 to 5+ years of proven closing experience, particularly in high-ticket sectors like real estate, financial services, or B2B sales.
- Skills: Strong negotiation, consultative selling, conflict resolution, and excellent communication abilities.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 per month
