Job Description
ECOG Core Technologies is looking for a skilled and motivated Zoho Functional Executive with 1–2 years of hands-on experience in Zoho CRM, Zoho Books, and the Zoho One ecosystem.
The candidate will be responsible for understanding client business requirements, configuring and customizing Zoho applications, implementing workflows and automation, managing data, preparing reports and dashboards, training users, and providing ongoing implementation and support services.
The ideal candidate should have practical experience working with Zoho applications in real business environments and should be capable of handling day-to-day implementation and support activities with minimal supervision.
Key Responsibilities
- Understand client business processes and translate requirements into practical Zoho solutions.
- Configure and customize Zoho CRM modules, fields, layouts, pipelines, roles, profiles, permissions, and related settings.
- Create workflows, approval processes, assignment rules, email templates, notifications, alerts, and automation.
- Configure and manage Zoho Books, including customers, vendors, items, quotations, sales, purchases, invoices, payments, expenses, banking, and reports.
- Support GST configuration, accounting workflows, bank reconciliation, and financial reporting.
- Configure and manage applications within the Zoho One ecosystem.
- Integrate Zoho CRM, Zoho Books, and other Zoho applications based on business requirements.
- Perform data import, migration, validation, deduplication, and record updates.
- Create dashboards, reports, and management-level performance views.
- Configure and support Blueprint, approval processes, workflow automation, and business process automation.
- Test application configurations and workflows before client deployment.
- Prepare requirement documents, process documents, user manuals, implementation checklists, and configuration documentation.
- Conduct Zoho product demonstrations and user training sessions.
- Provide post-implementation support and troubleshoot user-reported issues.
- Coordinate with clients and internal teams to ensure projects are completed within agreed timelines.
- Maintain proper documentation for configurations, changes, testing, and client approvals.
- Provide regular project status and support updates to the Team Leader / Reporting Manager.
- Travel to client locations when required for demonstrations, requirement discussions, implementation, training, or support.
Mandatory Skills
- 1–2 years of hands-on experience with Zoho CRM.
- Practical working experience with Zoho Books.
- Good understanding of Zoho One and its applications.
- Experience configuring modules, layouts, fields, workflows, roles, profiles, and permissions.
- Knowledge of lead management, sales pipelines, deals, customers, quotations, invoices, payments, and follow-up processes.
- Experience with data import, migration, validation, and data cleanup.
- Ability to understand business requirements and convert them into application workflows.
- Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to communicate professionally with clients and internal teams.

Certification
Zoho Certifications are preferred and will be considered an added advantage, particularly certifications related to:
- Zoho CRM
- Zoho Books
- Zoho Creator
- Zoho Analytics
- Zoho One / Zoho implementation
Candidates who do not currently hold a certification but have strong practical implementation experience may also apply.
Educational Qualification
Bachelor's degree in any of the following or a related discipline:
- Computer Science
- Information Technology
- Commerce
- Business Administration

- Engineering
- Other relevant disciplines
Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
