Role Overview
We’re looking for someone who is genuinely interested in baking, marketing, and business development. This is a hands-on role where you’ll gain exposure to multiple aspects of building and growing a food brand from product creation to customer outreach to scaling operations.
What You’ll Do
- Assist in baking and product preparation
- Support marketing efforts (social media, collaborations, brand building)
- Contribute to business development and growth strategies
- Work closely with the founder in a fast-paced startup environment
