Key Responsibilities
- Contact prospective clients through calls, emails, and online meetings.
- Generate and qualify leads from assigned databases and campaigns.
- Schedule and conduct product demonstrations for schools and educational institutions.
- Understand customer requirements and present suitable Studybase solutions.
- Follow up with prospects and maintain regular communication throughout the sales cycle.
- Achieve monthly lead generation, demo, and conversion targets.
- Coordinate with the operations and support teams for smooth client onboarding.
- Maintain strong product knowledge and stay updated on new features and offerings.
Eligibility
- Graduate/Postgraduate (BBA, B.Com, MBA, or equivalent preferred).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong persuasion, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
