- ICWA/CMA (Completed)
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance preferred.
Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Accounts Assistant to support the finance and accounts function. The ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of hands-on experience in accounting operations, costing, bank reconciliations, debtor management, payment processing, and statutory compliance related to GST and TDS. The candidate should possess strong analytical skills, be proficient in English and computer applications, and be capable of working independently while ensuring accuracy and compliance.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Handle product and operational costing activities.
- Prepare and reconcile Bank Reconciliation Statements (BRS) regularly.
- Monitor debtor outstanding balances and follow up for timely collections.
- Prepare payment vouchers and payment entries accurately.
- Process vendor payments and maintain payment records.
- Ensure timely compliance with GST and TDS regulations, including return preparation and filing support.
- Maintain accurate accounting records and ledger entries.
- Assist in month-end and year-end account closing activities.
- Coordinate with banks, vendors, customers, and internal departments.
- Maintain financial documents and supporting records for audit purposes.
- Support statutory audits and internal audits by providing required documentation.
- Ensure compliance with company accounting policies and statutory requirements.

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
