Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced and responsible HR/Admin candidate to manage day-to-day HR & Admin operations, labour compliance, payroll coordination, attendance management, and employee documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain employee attendance and leave records
- Handle joining and exit formalities
- Prepare salary inputs and coordinate payroll
- Maintain statutory compliance records (EPF, ESIC, etc.)
- Prepare and maintain HR registers and documentation
- Employee onboarding and induction
- Coordinate with site staff and contractors
- Handle employee grievances and HR-related support
- Filling Annual Returns/Labour Licence
Required Skills:
- Knowledge of Factory act Rules
- Knowledge of Factory act half yearly and annualy return
- Knowledge of EPF, ESIC & Labour Welfare fund compliance
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office
- Experience in HRMS/ERP systems
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Ability to work independently and under pressure
Preferred Candidate:
- Experience in construction, infrastructure, manufacturing, or labour contractor industry preferred.
Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
