Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Proposal Engineer (PLC/SCADA) to prepare techno-commercial proposals for industrial automation projects. The candidate will work closely with sales, engineering, and clients to deliver accurate, competitive, and high-quality proposals.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare techno-commercial proposals for PLC, SCADA, and automation projects
- Analyze client requirements, RFQs, and tender documents
- Design preliminary system architecture for automation solutions
- Select appropriate PLC, HMI, SCADA, instrumentation, and networking components
- Coordinate with OEMs/vendors for quotations and technical inputs
- Estimate project cost, timelines, and resource requirements
- Prepare BOQs (Bill of Quantities) and costing sheets
- Ensure proposals comply with technical specifications and standards
- Participate in client discussions, clarifications, and pre-bid meetings
- Support sales team with technical presentations and solution explanations

Required Skills:
- Strong knowledge of PLC systems (Siemens, Allen-Bradley, Schneider, etc.)
- Hands-on understanding of SCADA systems (WinCC, Wonderware, Ignition, etc.)
- Familiarity with industrial communication protocols (Modbus, Profibus, Ethernet/IP, etc.)
- Good understanding of control systems, instrumentation, and panel design
- Ability to read and interpret P&IDs, GA drawings, and electrical schematics
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and proposal documentation tools
- Strong analytical, communication, and coordination skills

Qualifications:
- B.E./B.Tech in Electrical / Instrumentation / Electronics Engineering
- Relevant experience in industrial automation / system integration

Preferred Skills:
- Experience in tendering for EPC/automation projects
- Exposure to industrial sectors like Oil & Gas, Chemical, Power, or Manufacturing
- Knowledge of cost estimation tools and ERP systems
Pay: ₹250,000.00 - ₹350,000.00 per year
